Returns & Refunds Policy

Digital Products

All products sold by 7ThirtyWorld are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on digital products that have been downloaded or where the download link has been accessed.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

• You were charged but never received a download link
• The file you received is corrupted or unreadable
• You were delivered the wrong product

To request a refund under these circumstances, email 7thirtyworld@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Accidental Purchases

If you purchased a product by mistake and have not yet downloaded it, contact us at 7thirtyworld@gmail.com within 24 hours. We'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
