Refund policy
Digital downloads — all sales are final
Because we sell digital products (instant-download files such as PDFs, images, templates, and other downloadable content), all sales are final once the download link is delivered or accessed. Digital items can’t be “returned” in the traditional sense.
Refunds (when we will help)
We’re committed to making things right. A refund or replacement may be offered if:

You didn’t receive your download link (and we can’t resolve it)

The file is corrupted, won’t open, or is missing pages/assets

You received the wrong file compared to what was purchased

The product listing contained a major error in what was promised (and we can verify)
If any of the above happens, email us at 7thirtyworld@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

Your order number (or proof of purchase)

A quick description of the issue

A screenshot if helpful
Most issues are solved fast by sending a corrected file or a new download link.
No refunds for these situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind / “I don’t like it”

Buying the wrong item by mistake

Not having the software or knowledge to use the file

Printing or formatting issues caused by your printer, settings, or third-party services

Items marked final sale

Downloaded files that were successfully delivered and are usable as described
Exchanges
Digital products aren’t eligible for exchanges. If you purchased the wrong item, contact us — we’ll do our best to help you choose the correct one.
License & usage reminders
Unless stated otherwise in the listing, our digital products are for personal use or small-business use as described in the product’s license file.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files themselves.
