Orders & Downloads

How do I get my download after purchase?

Immediately after checkout, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also find your downloads in your account order history. All files are delivered digitally — nothing ships in the mail.

What file formats do you use?

Most products are delivered as PDF files. Music albums are delivered as MP3 or high-quality audio files. The product page for each item specifies the format.

Can I download my purchase more than once?

Yes. Your download link is tied to your order and can be accessed from your account. If you have any issues, contact us at 7thirtyworld@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email us at 7thirtyworld@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any payment method available at checkout. Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. 7ThirtyWorld uses Shopify's secure checkout. We never store your card details.

Refunds

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you have a problem with your file (corrupted, wrong product delivered, etc.), contact us and we'll make it right.

What if I accidentally bought the wrong product?

Email us at 7thirtyworld@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. We'll do our best to help.
